I hope most of you are aware of the Apple v/s Samsung verdict wherein Apple won a decisive victory against Samsung in the court last week. The jury instructed Samsung to pay a whopping $1.05 billion to Apple for its infringement of design patterns and certain Apple-owned patents. But, what does this mean to us? Is design really that important?
